EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

There is no exchange policy as per customer's liking or disliking of the product since all outfits are made to order.

An exchange or store credit for future purchase will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, And only in the event the purchased goods is unused and undamaged by the customer, Provided the customer has informed Mehr Noor within 48 hours of receiving the article after that no requests will be entertained.

• No exchange / refund on discounted and customized orders.

Note:

Kindly note changes can only be made to an order within 48 hours of placing the order.
It is advised that clients choose outfits, sizes and colours carefully before placing orders to avoid any inconvenience later.

SHIPMENT TIME:

 

• Silk Symphony: 7-10 Working days.

 

SHIPMENT CHARGES:

Shipment charges will be added at the time of checkout as per location and weight of the outfit.

For any duty and customs at destination country, It will be client’s responsibility.
